Sovi's 2022 Sparkling White leans heavily on Chenin Blanc in the blend, which brings lots of crisp orchard fruit flavors. A portion of Pinot Gris adds rounded, peachy notes and finally a small portion of Gewürztraminer adds some high-toned floral aromatics.
